We’re thrilled to welcome back Allegra D’Agostini for a special four-course supper club at Potter & Reid.
Allegra will present a menu that explores the deep connection between sustainable farming and the flavour it brings to the plate. Each dish will showcase seasonal ingredients from producers who work in harmony with their land, celebrating the integrity and beauty of truly thoughtful food.
Originally from Ontario, Canada, Allegra is a chef and photographer whose work is rooted in a love for the natural world and the ways in which food and images can bring people together. With a background in biology and experience in some of Canada’s best restaurants, her journey eventually led her to the Greek island of Andros, where she spent three years cooking, teaching, and capturing life at the boutique hotel Mèlisses. Now based in London, Allegra continues to bring her thoughtful, sensory approach to the table.
The evening will also include a guided olive oil tasting hosted by the brilliant team behind Citizens of Soil, adding another layer of depth to an already incredible dining experience.
